METER SECTION ADJUSTMENTS
Item
Adjustment
VR (TC)
Procedure
Zero point
Adjust so that the meter's pointer mechanically points out zero upon switching
OFF the power supply.
Offset
X73-1300-00
1) Make the input short.
a. Connect the DVM
(DCV) to TP8, then, adjust VR6 to zero volt.
b. Connect the DVM (DCV) to TP10, then, adjust VR15
to zero volt.
2) Make the meter short.
Connect the DVM
(DCV) to TP15, then, adjust VR21
to zero voit.
Threshold Level
X73-1300-00
Connect an oscilloscope to TP5. Adjust so that the duty of TP5's sine-wave
(square wave) becomes 50% upon adding a 3 kHz sine-wave to the input.
A=B
Note: Then the input voltage should be below 5 mVrms.
3 kHz Offset
X73-1300-00
1) Connect the oscilloscope to TP8 (DC, 50 mV/DIV), then, make the input
short. Then, make sure that the TP8's voltage is zero.
2) When a 3 kHz sine-wave is added to the input via the OSC output, adjust
so that the TP8's sine-wave oscillates areound zero volt as center, as shown
below,
3.15 kHz Offset
X73-1300-00
INDICATION: DIN
1) Connect the OSC to TP8 (DC, 50 mV/DIV), then, make the input short.
Then, make sure that the TP8's voltage is zero.
2) When a 3.15 kHz sine-wave is added to the input via the OSC output,
adjust so that the TP8's waveform
becomes as shown
in 3-7 (2).
