Fan
If any of the following exceptions occurs during the operation of the fan, shut
down the fan:
● The motor current exceeds the rated value on the nameplate.
● The fan generates abnormal noise.
● Great vibration occurs.
● The temperature rise of the motor is too high.
● One of the fans is faulty.
Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety.

Solution
Check the power supply voltage.
Check the power cable and voltage of the
motor.
Replace the fan. If there is a beam for
hoisting the fan in the air exhaust section,
before removing the fan, use a hook to
mount the fan to the beam to prevent the
fan from falling.
Check whether the air circulation is normal.
Clear foreign matters if necessary.
The fan blade is blocked or dirty.
Check the air inlet temperature.
Check the voltage.
