Charger placing

Mark on the base the points where the fastening points will be made as recommended in the
operating manual

Drill holes for fastening points as recommended in the operating manual.
(Do this action away from the charger to avoid metal filings and dust inside the magazine.)

Screws for securing the charging station with the following fasteners (tightening torque 70 Nm)
•
8 x M12 screws
•
8 x M12 washers
•
8 x M12 cement sockets

Prepare the supply line for connection to the charger

Open the cabinet door and fix it in place with suitable components to prevent it from closing sud-
denly

Remove the handle of the main switch

Unscrew the fastening screws of the lowest protective cover

Remove the protective cover
9
Mark the drill holes for the cable glands
10
Loosen the four fastening screws of the cable gland plate
11
Remove the cable gland plate from the cabinet
12
Drill the holes on the cable gland plate for all connecting cables in the size of the cable glands
used. Take into consideration the space for the following cables:
•
AC input
•
DC output for dispensers (if applicable)
•
AC supply for dispenser (if applicable)
•
Ethernet for dispensers (if applicable)
•
Ethernet from customer (if applicable)

Mount the cable glands on the cable gland plate

Remove screws on the base plate fixing the charger to the pallet
15
Close the cabinet door.

Lift the charger vertically
17
Remove the pallet
18
Transport the charging station upright to the installation base
19
IMPORTANT: Use suitable tools (e.g. wooden blocks) to secure the charging station against falling.
