lotions, etc., before wearing the hearing aids. These
products can damage or discolor the hearing aids.

hearing aids.
Never immerse your hearing aids in liquid.
Caution
Keep your hearing aids away from excessive heat
and direct sunlight.
The hearing aids have IP54 limited protection
against ingress of dust and water. Avoid the hearing
aids getting exposed to extensive dust or water.
Always store the hearing aids in the Charge Case to
safely protect them.
To prevent the deterioration of the battery lifetime or
capacity, avoid storing the hearing aids in hot or cold
environments, such as a closed car in summer, or in
winter conditions.
Never use alcohol or other cleaning solutions to
clean your hearing aids or Charge Case. This can
damage the hearing aids and may cause a skin
reaction.
Ear wax or other residue on the hearing aids might
cause irritation. Clean the hearing aids as instructed
to avoid this.
