locat ion.
The GPS but t on is locat ed on t he right half of t he upper edge of
t he screen. The different GPS- icons have t he following

Num ber of received sat ellit es. At least t hree
sat ellit es m ust be received for navigat ion
purposes.
HDOP
H orizont al D ilut ion of Precision:
I ndicat es t he qualit y of posit ion
det erm inat ion. Theoret ically any value from 0
t o 50 m ay occur. The sm aller t he value, t he
m ore accurat e is t he posit ion det erm inat ion
( value 0 = no deviat ion from t he real
posit ion) . Values up t o 8 are convenient for
navigat ion purposes.

Sign ifica n ce
No signal or only an insufficient GPS
signal is being received. This is t he
case, e.g. if you are locat ed in an
enclosed building.
The signals are convenient . Navigat ion
