MAV-555A settings
Starting and shutting down the computer
To start the computer
To shut down the computer
In order for the BKMA-550 to function properly, users must perform a series
of settings on the MAV-555A. For details about how to make these settings,
refer to the BKMA-550 Installation Manual.
To use the BKMA-550, it is necessary to start the computer to which it is
connected.

Turn on the computer.
The OS (FreeBSD) startup message is displayed for a few minutes.

When the OS is running and the connection to the MAV-555A is
established, the following message appears.

Note
When "= gfs: mount" does not appear in the message below, it is possible that
the MAV-555A settings or connection are wrong. Please verify the settings or
connection.

When you want to shut down the computer, log on with the user name "setup",
and then perform the operation from the Setup menu.
Note
Do not shut down the computer without performing this procedure.
