Make sure that all the machine safety covers are closed.
Turn on the main switch. The machine gets started and initialization process
starts.
Check that the machine is properly turned on. Then check the machine's main air
gauge for air pressure.
If the air pressure is out of the above indicated range, rotate the regulator knob at the left below part of
the machine front side.
Pull the knob to unlock, turn the knob right to raise the air pressure inside of the machine, and turn it left
to lower the air pressure.
After completing the air pressure adjustment, push the knob to lock it.
Confirm that the "Do you want to start Return-To-Origin?" message appears.
Press the [READY] button on the operation panel to cancel emergency stop
status.
Check that the machine is in safe operating conditions.
Before the machines are formed into a line, a separate machine is unsafe in that the board entrance and
exit are open and other operators can enter part of their body inside the moving machine. Make sure that
operators nearby are not entering part of their body inside the machine. Also alert the operators aloud
that the machine is starting to move.
Warning
Serious injuries and/or machine damage can result if you fail to confirm safety of the machine
environment or alert nearby operators aloud to possible hazard before executing return-to-origin.
