5.5.11 P1 (High / Low voltage protection diagnosis and solution)
Description: Voltage fluctuations are detected.
Possible defects:
• Power supply issues
• System leakage or blockage
• Faulty PCB
Troubleshooting and repair:
Power on and measure the voltage between
- During standby: DC 310V,340V or 380V

Check the power supply.
Is it in working range?
YES
Check the connections and wires.
Are they correctly
connected?
YES
P and N.
The voltage between P and N is:
- During start-up: 220V~400V
YES
Check the reactor.
Is it in working range?
YES
Replace the reactor.
NO
Turn off the unit.
Ensure proper connections or
NO
replace the wires.
Replace the IPM board.
NO
Replace outdoor PCB.
NO
