Check the line between J502 and IC3301.

Does the analog audio signal come from pins(11/12)(SP_L/SP_R) of IC3301(CPU) to pins(22/32)(SP_L/SP_R) of IC1701(Audio AMP)?
Check the audio line between IC3301 and IC1701, and their paripheral circuits.
