<Process request to FL.NET module by mathematical/logical function>
Create a ladder program with the mathematical/logical function for the FL.NET module.
Write a request parameter at an address specified for the mathematical/logical function
and then execute the mathematical/logical function.
When making a message transmission request from the mathematical/logical function,
you must use a message transmission service number to specify the type of the message
to request. For details on various parameters, see "(5) Parameters for various
message requests."
Whenever specifying the parameters for use with a mathematical/logical function, use a
long word length.
