Montageschritte
3.1 Verlegungsanweisung für die Seilzüge
Seilzüge sind von allen stromführenden Teilen fernzuhalten
oder geeignet zu isolieren.
Die jeweils zulässige Seilzuglänge hängt von Zahl und Größe
der Biegeradien ab. Bei vorgegebener Zugkraft ist eine Kom-
pensation nur über eine Verminderung der Seilzuglänge
möglich. Bei direkter Verlegung mit nur zwei großen Radien
z.B. kann die Standardlänge 2 m auch überschritten werden.
Die Verlegeradien sollten nicht kleiner als ca. 100 mm sein. Es
sollten stets größtmögliche Radien sowie direkte Wege und
kurze Seilzuglängen angestrebt werden.
3.2 Einbau der Seilzüge
3.21 Seilzüge ausrollen und unter Beachtung ausreichender
Biegeradien verlegen, gegebenenfalls Schutzrohre auf-
schieben.
3.22 Seilzüge auf Länge schneiden und montieren

Beide Einschübe in Trennstellung bringen
-
Lüsterklemme am Draht entfernen
-
Draht min. 10 cm zurückziehen und fixieren
-
Seilzug auf Länge sägen und entgraten
-
Draht herausziehen, Endstück (Pos.17, Fig.8) aufschie-
ben, Draht in Geber (Pos.2 , Fig.10/8) einführen und mit
der Lüsterklemme gegen Hereinrutschen sichern
3.23 Seilzüge einstellen
-
Einschub mit Empfängerschieber (Pos. 6 in Fig. 8) in
Betriebsstellung bringen
-
Einschub mit Geber in Teststellung bringen
-
Draht am Geber mit Flachzange ziehen, bis der
Empfängerschieber (6) 4 mm hinter der Vorderkante
der Traverse (Pos. 4 in Fig. 8) steht
-
Draht mit Lüsterklemme in dieser Stellung fixieren
-
Überstehenden Draht nach oben abknicken und ober-
halb der Lüsterklemme abschneiden (Fig. 10)
-
Einschub mit Empfänger bei von Hand gedrücktem Ge-
ber in Teststellung fahren (Führungshaken am Geber
muß immer unter Führungswinkel Pos. 3 in Fig. 8/10
geführt werden).

Anderen Einschub in Betriebsstellung bringen und Ein-
stellung mit dem anderen Geber wiederholen.

Das endgültige Abschneiden und Umbiegen des Drah-
tes sollte erst nach einer Funktionsprobe mit eingescho-
benen Schaltern erfolgen.
3.24 Einstellung des Stößels am Schalter

Betätigungsstößel am Schalter sind werkseitig justiert.

Assembly steps
3.1 Installation instructions for the cable pulls
Cable pulls must be kept clear of all live parts or suitably
insulated.
The respective permissible cable pull length depends on the
number and magnitude of the bending radii. With a given
tensile force, compensation is possible only by reducing the
cable pull length. For example, in the case of direct installation
with only two large radii, it is possible to exceed the standard
length of 2 m.
The installation radii should not be less than about 100 mm.
Maximum possible radii, direct routes and short cable pull
lengths should always be aimed for.
3.2 Installing the cable pulls
3.21 Unroll the cable pulls and, taking into account adequate
bending radii, install them, fitting protective conduits if
necessary.
3.22 Cutting to length and assembly of cable pulls

Move both withdrawable units into the disconnected
position.
-
Remove end connector from wire
-
Pull wire back at least 10 cm and fix it
-
Saw cable pull to length and debur it
-
Pull out wire, push on end piece (item 17, Fig.8), insert
wire into transmitter (item 2, Fig.10/8) and secure it
against slipping by means of the end connector
3.23 Adjusting the cable pulls
-
Move withdrawable unit with receiver slide (item 6 in
Fig.8) into connected position.

Move withdrawable unit with transmitter into test position
-
Pull wire on transmitter with flat-jaw pliers until receiver
slide (6) is 4 mm behind the front edge of the cross-
member (item 4 in Fig.8)
-
Fix wire in this position by means of the end connector
-
Bend protruding wire upwards and cut off above the end
connector (Fig.10)
-
Pressing the transmitter by hand, move the withdrawable
unit with receiver into the test position [guide hook on
transmitter must always be moved below the guide
bracket (item 3 in Fig.8/10)]
-
Move other withdrawable unit into connected position
and repeat setting with the other transmitter.

The wire should not be cut and bent back until after a
function test with the breaker pushed into the connected
position.
3.24 Setting the plunger on the circuit-breaker
-
The actuating plungers on the circuit-breaker are ad-
justed at the works.
