To perform a test you desire, select a corresponding testing item from the testing item selection list and press the [ENTER] key.
However, selection of "Category Menu" will cause return to "4.1. Test Category Selection List Screen". To select the item, use
JOG or [ ↑ ]/[ ↓ ] key (for ICP1, [ ↑ ] = [F2] and [ ↓ ] = [F5]).

Brief Summary of Tests
Checks register W/R function of PLLP2.
Checks backup battery voltage.
Checks address and data buses.
Checks each DSP6 for register W/R function
and for SIO connection.
Checks each DSP7 for register W/R function
and for SIO and ATSC2 connection.
Checks each DSP7 for register W/R function
and for SIO and ATSC2 connection.
Checks each ATSC2 register of DM sheet for
W/R function.
Checks each ATSC2 register of CA sheet for
W/R function.
Checks MIDI OUT→IN for transmission and
reception function.
Loop back COM terminal to check the
transmission and reception function.
Checks for normality by initializing USB circuit
and looping back with an external PC.
Checks each SLOT signal and supply voltage.
Counts Fs of WCLK OUT at WCLK IN to check
PLL lock.
Checks for normality by connecting GPI IN
and OUT and looping back.
Checks CASCADE OUT→IN for transmission
and reception function.
Initializes S1S60000 and checks E2PROM.
Checks for normality by looping back SIO
signal from CPU via DSP.
Checks for normality by pressing Keys in a
predetermined sequence.
Checks for normality by rotating rotary encoder.
Initializes, sets, and displays real time clock.
Displays black and white on front screen to perform
backlight ON/OFF test and contrast change test.
Lights up LEDs (including 7-segment LED) in
a predetermined sequence.
Checks only LED scan line.
Checks HAAD DA register.
Checks PAD, phantom and HA gain control.
Checks for normality with internal oscillator output.
Measures jitter by SLOT input and output.
