Trouble shooting guide

Problem:The appliance does not work at all,
although the battery has been recently
changed.
Solution: Make sure that the battery has been

properly inserted and the -/+ symbols on the
battery match the symbols in the battery case.
Problem:The motor of the appliance works,
but the brush does not rotate.
Solution: Check if the brush has been properly

connected (see "Using Bodyvital")
Problem:The rotation speed of the appliance
has decreased significantly.
Solution: Replace the batteries (see 'Preparing for

use').
Problem:The cleansing performance of the
appliance is not optimal anymore.
Solution: Replace the brush head with a new one.

Problem:The pump doesn't process the
(exfoliating) gel or it goes very difficult
