4.6.1
General
Description
After the mechanical installation has been completed, the following electrical connections
must be established between the right-hand and left-hand sub-cabinets for G150 transport
units:
● Connecting the PE busbars
● Connecting the DC link connections
● The 230 V AC power supply and signal cables must be connected
● The DRIVE-CLiQ node must be connected
Danger to life from live parts and components for devices connected in parallel
Touching live components of sub-cabinets associated with devices connected in parallel
can result in death or severe injury.
• When connecting, installing and repairing, electrically disconnect both partial cabinets

Connecting the PE busbars
Description
Each cabinet contains a PE busbar for grounding the components installed in each cabinet
unit. For all cabinet units, the busbar is a 60 x 10 mm nickel-plated bar. It is located at the
bottom of the cabinet and is secured on the left and right to the ground straps in the cabinet.
Note
Close the cabinet doors
When connecting the ground connections to the PE busbar, make sure that the cabinet
doors can still close. Additional wiring in the cabinets is not required.
A connection jumper for the PE busbar is supplied with every cabinet.
