8-1. LCD ADJUSTMENT

8-1-1. How to adjust LCD COLOR

1) Connect CON 803, power apply, and then check DC power(DC 9.8V).

* Note that the adjustment cannot be made when the LCD panel open/close switch is turned on

(LCD panel is closed).

2) VCO adjusting; Sync. Checking

* VR801 adjust 5.00Vp-p±0.005v while viewing TP(VCOM)'s waveform.

* Check the pulse width is 63.5 µsec.

3) VCOM(VR809); Flicker adjusting (+4.6V±0.1v//–0.4V±0.1v)

4) Check the Waveform

Input RAMP signal. COLOR control slide: MIN (–)

3.2 to 3.5V

* Input COLOR BAR signal. (Sony NTSC DVD Test Disc 505, "1. Video Signal/1. Color Bar 100%")

White, Cyan, Magenta, Blue Signal conformity.
