INSTALLING THE ENGINE
4. Install:
Cylinder head
●
Tighten all bolts in 2∼3 steps and be sure to
tighten in numbered order as shown.
INSTALLING THE TCI MAGNETO
1. Temporarily install:
Plate
●
2.install:
Woodruff key
●
Rotor
●
When installing the rotor, align the keyway of
the rotor with the woodruff key.
3. Install:
Rotor nut
●
4. Adjust the ignition timing.
(Refer to the CHAPTER 3.)
5. Tighten the plate.
6. Temporarily install:
Coil assembly
●
7. Adjust the air gap
INSTALLING THE STARTER MOTOR
1. Install the starter motor to the crankcase cover1

2. Install:
Crankcase cover1 mounting bolt
●
Crankcase cover1

1.8∼2.3kg・m
Rotor nut
3.0∼4.0kg・m
and tighten the coil assembly.
Air gap
0.4mm
