BIOS error reporting
BIOS errors are reported by a series of beep sounds or when an error message
is displayed to the screen. Refer to Table 6-1 for BIOS error reporting
information. This section contains information on the following:

A series of beeps sound. Beep codes indicate that a fatal error
has occurred. AMIBIOS beep codes are described in Table 6-
2.
The error message is displayed. AMIBIOS error messages are

A prompt to press <F1> can also appear with displayed error
messages.
