Cleaning the ironing board
cover
If the ironing board cover becomes
dirty, it can be washed and dried.

Do not use the steam ironing
system without a fitted ironing board
cover.

Before removing the ironing
board cover, switch off the
appliance and at the mains.
Wait until the ironing board has
cooled down.
^ Open the fastener on the cover at the
end of the ironing board.
^ Pull off the ironing board cover in the
direction of the tower.
The felt padding remains on the
ironing board.
^ Wash and dry the ironing board
cover in accordance with the care
label attached.
^ Refit the ironing board cover, starting
at the tower end and finishing at the
pointed end of the ironing board.
^ Tighten the ironing board cover using
the cord and ensure the cover is
smooth and secured.
^ Close the fastener and push it into
the hollow space at the end of the
ironing board.
The steam ironing system is now ready
to use again.
