Test equipment: another Pocket PC device.

Purpose: Verify the IrDA transmit and receive function.
Test Method: The IrDA will transmit a fixed header and wait for receiving the header, and it will display the IrDA
test: Pass or Fail; and should prevent the PDA holding when no transmittal occurs.
Leave method: Record button.
---Provide for IrDA test as below.
1. If test is OK, system will show "Pass" on message display area.
2. If test is failed, system will show "Fail" on message display area.
