Confirm/Turn off alarm
If the service personnel have activated the alarm feature
on your telephone, you will receive an alarm call when
your HiPath 1220 recognizes an alarm situation
.To acknowledge the alarm call, you must answer it. If
you do not answer the alarm call, it will be repeated (de-
pending on how it is programmed).
Precondition: "Call: Sensor... " appears on the display
and your telephone rings three times in rapid succes-
sion every four seconds.
Press the key.

Lift the handset.
Press the key. The LED goes out.
or
t
Replace the handset again.
Turning off the Alarm
If an alarm device was activated in addition to the alarm
call, it can be specifically deactivated.
Enter the code.
Enter the code ("Programming Password" , consult ser-
vice personnel).
The alarm device is turned off.
