VoiceDirector Device Configuration Guide
1. Samsung SMT-W6100 Wi-Fi Phone
Before You Begin...
The Samsung SMT-W6100 WiFi Phone can be provisioned for use with VoiceLine
or VoiceDirector.
If you are not a VoiceLine provider, ignore this step, and proceed to
If you ARE a VoiceLine provider, and the phone displays a phone number on the
LCD screen, it has previously been provisioned as a VoiceLine device. The
phone's MAC address must be removed from the Partner Resource Center
(https://partner.net2phone.com) before it can be configured as a VoiceDirector
device.
To remove the device from the Partner Resource Center:
1. Access the Partner Resource Center at https://partner.net2phone.com.
2. In the VoiceLine Support sidebar menu, click View Account List and

4. Select Edit Device Information from the sidebar menu.
5. Click the Close Account button to remove the device from PRC.
6. Wait 5 minutes, then power cycle your phone by turning it off and then
