• The ScreenLifter is designed for displays with a dead weight of 220 kg and dimensions of l x w x h 245 x 145 x 14 cm. • Each display can be connected to the ScreenLifter with the respective adaption frame only. Do not install a display, if you do not possess a corresponding certified adaption frame.

• After the hoods have been removed, they must be secured against falling, or at least positioned against a firm support, since they do not have sufficient stability. • Check all bolt connections prior to operation. • The ears on the adaption frame only simplify rotation of the display. They may not be used as eyes or attachment points to secure or support the display, nor to lift the ScreenLifter.

4. Operation of the ScreenLifter 4.1 Control Functions and Characteristics The ScreenLifter has a built-in synchronous control to lift and lower the two runners in the lifting columns. When lifting and lowering the load, the operation duration of the control, as specified on the type label (1min.
4.2 Loading and Unloading the ScreenLifter 4.2.1 Lifting ScreenLifter Out of Its Case If you purchased the ScreenLifter together with its case you need to unload the ScreenLifter from the transportation case first. Since the lifting columns fulfill a dual function, you do not need anything except a cold equipment cable and a power socket.
4.2.2 Lifting ScreenLifter Into Its Case If you want to lift the ScreenLifter onto the roll board, you must lower the display/frame to the O-position. • Install the transportation pins only after you have reached the 45(±1) position. • Press and hold the key O on the control until the runners stop at the stored position. The display shows 45(±1).
Before rotation, make sure the display and the ScreenLifter frame are screwed together tight. (For Panasonic TH-103PF9EK: 2 Pcs. M16x50 see Chap.5) To rotate the display, pull out the notched pin (POS16) and rotate the display a bit with the help of the provided ears before you release the notched pin again.

Make sure that the display stands horizontally and that the pin is engaged in this position before transporting the ScreenLifter.

• Remove packaging from display and accessories if necessary and install the 4 cylindrical adapters with screws M16 to the back of the display as illustrated below.

• If the ScreenLifter is still in the transportation case, proceed as specified in chapter 4.2.1, to lift it from its roll case. Make sure that the Screen-Lifter is placed on an even and firm surface. • Caution! The frame is smaller than the display. Make sure there is enough room, particularly next to and below the frame.

6.3 Transportation Mass with the TH-103PF9EK Plasma Display • You should never open all catches of both hoods at the same time, since one of the hoods might fall off when removing the other one and thus persons and objects could be damaged.
