Basic Troubleshooting
This chapter is the place to start if you are experiencing difficulties using
the network scan functions. Because the system integrates hardware,
network, and software components, errors do occur and sometimes it can
be difficult to determine their source.
Variations between network configurations and user setup further
complicates the troubleshooting process.
This chapter provides error tables that list controller error messages and
the corrective actions you can take as an end user. It also describes GL
TWAIN Driver problems and their solutions.
For corrective actions that administrators can take, see the
Administrator's Guide.
