NOTE: It is recommended that you always use a static mat and static strap while working on components in the
interior of the system.
1.
Remove the blade from the enclosure.
2.
Install the I/O connector cover.
3.
Press the release buttons and slide the cover toward the back of the blade.
4.
Carefully lift the cover away from the blade.

Closing The Blade
1.
Ensure that no tools or parts are left inside the blade.
2.
Align the notches in the edges of the chassis with the cover alignment pins on the inner sides of the cover.
3.
Lower the cover onto the chassis.
4.
Slide the cover until it clicks into position.
A properly seated cover is flush with the surface of the chassis.
