1. The DX-2000 will look up its Auto-Dial list and search for a sub-address matching
up with the entered Access Code.
2. If there is a match and it is associated with an email address, the DX-2000 unlock
itself for regular operation.
3. If there is not a match and/or the matched sub-address is associated with a
telephone number, it goes back to the Access Code entry screen.

1. As soon as the document is stored, the DX-2000 will start sending it to the
supervisor's email address. The DX-2000 will automatically place the Station
Name and Email address into the "FROM" line.
2. If the phone line is open, the DX-2000 will send to the entered phone number
simultaneously.
