Speed calling provides abbreviated access to frequently
called internal and external numbers. Two types of speed
calling are available:
• System speed calling
• Station (personal) speed calling
System speed calling provides up to 1000 (depending on
your system) phone numbers that can be speed dialed
from anywhere in your facility. System speed calling
codes are set by your system administrator for frequently
called business numbers on one central speed calling list.
Contact your system administrator for a list of system
speed calling numbers. Copy the ones you want to use into
the System Speed Calling Summary located at the back of
this guide.
Follow these steps to place a call using a system speed
calling code:

Lift your handset or press <SPKR>

Listen for dial tone.

Dial the system speed calling access code.
4
Dial the 2 or 3-digit identification number that stands
for the number you want to call. The telephone system
automatically dials the telephone number.
