Check to make sure the antenna connections are secure and correct.

feature is set correctly.

was selectged for the SignalType in the Auto Channel Search menu, try using either CABLE'IV
or ANTENNA
instead.

May not need to auto channel search if using a cable box. Refer to the VCR Channel List or contact your cable
company for more information.
Cannot
add or remove
channels
•
Channels must be placed in memory using the AUTO CHANNEL SEARCH feature before channels can be added or
removed from channel memory.
Tape plays back in slow motion
•
Press PLAY to return to normal playback.
Cannot select channels over 69
•
Cable channels over 69 can only be selected if SignalType: CABLE/ANTENNAfeature is set to CABLE.
Cassette
with safety tab removed
does not start to play automatically

Checkto make sure the Auto Play ON/OFF feature is set to ON.
TIMER
indicator flashes

Checkto make sure there is a cassette in the VCR when a timer recording is set.
On-screen
menus appear
