Advanced faxing
In this chapter, you will learn how to use the advanced fax features of your machine.
1 The "arrow buttons" located under the
Menu button on the control panel are
designated by 4 t, in the instructions_
Broadcasting
With Broadcasting you can have your HP Fax send your fax to up to 15 (HP t040
Fax)
or 20 (HP 1050 Fax) fax numbers at once_ The documents are automatically erased from
memory when Broadcasting is finished.
1. Turn the document face down and feed it into the machine_
2. PressMenu repeated until ADVANCEDFAX displays and press Start/Entero
3. Select Set
Broadcasting
by pressing 4 1" and press Start/Entero
4. Enter the fax number_

You can press Speed Dial and enter a speed dial code_
TIP:
One touch buttons do not work in this area, you must use their speed dial code
instead.

You can enter 15 or 20 (depending or model) fax numbers into one job
5. Press Start/Enter when the correct number appears in the display.

If you have more destinations, select Y by using 4 t. and press Start/Enter
when asked Another?
Y/N and repeat stepsfrom 4o
•
If you have finished entering all the numbers, answer _ and press Start/Enter.
6. Press Start/Enter_
The document will be scanned into memory before transmission
