does not work properly

of a defect in materials
or workmanship,

starts with the date of original
purchase

at its option
either (a) repair your product with new or
refurbished
parts, (b) replace
it with a new or a refurbished
equivalent
value
product,
or (c) refund
your purchase
price. The
decision
to repair, replace
or refund will be made by the warrantor.

the product or parts of the product, at the servicer's discretion
be removed for shop diagnosis
and/or repair and then returned.

This Limited
Warranty
ONLY COVERS
failures
due to defects
in materials
or workmanship,
and DOES NOT COVER
normal
wear and tear or cosmetic
damage,
nor does it cover markings
or retained
images
on the glass panel
resulting
from viewing
fixed
images
(including,
among other things,
non-expanded
standard
4:3 pictures
on wide screen TVs, or onscreen
data in a stationary
and fixed
location).
The Limited
Warranty
ALSO DOES NOT COVER
damages
which occurred
in shipment,
or failures
which are
caused
by products
not supplied
by the warrantor,
or failures
which
result from accidents,
misuse,
abuse,
neglect,
bug infestation,
mishandling,
misapplication,
alteration,
faulty installation,
set-up
adjustments,
misadjustment
of consumer
controls,
improper
maintenance,
power
line surge,
lightning
damage,
modification,
or commercial
use (such
as in a hotel, office, restaurant,
or other
business),
rental use of the product,
service
by anyone
other than a Factory
Service
Center
or other Authorized
Servicer,

damage
that is attributable
to acts of God.
