Procedure
This procedure uses the GUI.
1.
In the navigation pane, select DR Groups.
2.
On the List tab, select the source or destination DR group in the DR group pair to delete.
3.
Select Actions > Delete. The Discard Remote Copies window opens.
4.
Select the remote copy you want to discard, and then click OK.
5.
Click Finish.

DR groups exist in pairs. Editing one partner's property can affect the properties in the other
partner. For example, if you enable failsafe on unavailable member on a source DR group, its
destination DR group is failsafe-enabled, too.

On the List tab, select the DR group to edit.
3.
Select Actions > Edit Properties. The Editing DR Group window opens.
4.
Edit the properties.
5.
Click Finish.

The failsafe on unavailable member setting for a DR group pair can impact host I/O and data
consistency between the source and destination DR groups. Ensure that you understand the potential
impacts of changing the mode.
