Before using your new radiant

Cleaning Creme s, This will leave a
protective coating,

each control knob shows you which
radiant zone is turned on by that knob

A Hot Cooktop Indicator
Light will
glow when any radiant element is
turned on, and wil! remain on until the
surface has cooled to approximately
150°R
Use pans and woks that are flat on
the bottom. The size of the pan
should be the same size as the zone
used when cooking.

Wok Cooking
We recommend
that you use only a
flat-bottomed
wok They are available
at your local retail store
Do not use woks that have support
rings. Use of these types of woks, with
or without the ring in place, can be
dangerous.
Placing the ring over the surface unit
will cause a buildup
of heat that will
damage the porcelain
cooktop. Do
not try to use such woks without the
ring. You could be seriously burned if
the wok is tipped over°
Use only flat-bottomed
woks.
