23. Maintenance and Service
The following table identifies possible troubleshooting solutions for abnormal conditions. Ensure the power
line is cut off before performing any checking described in the table.

Are all the power on air conditioners turned ON? Turn ON the power on all air conditioners.
Does H-LINK wiring meet specification
requirement?
Doesn't either ERROR LED, 7-segment LED
indicate as following?

Does the H-LINK LED stay ON/OFF?
Ensure the power line is correctly connected
to Central Station EX.
Ensure the power line is cut off to wire.
Turn the power on power supplier ON.
Turn the power on Central Station EX ON.
Central Station EX has 2 power switches;
SW1 and SW2. Turn both power switches
ON.
Measure the power voltage. If the value
is out of the range of AC100~240V±10%,
check the writing and wiring method.
If Central Station EX has a blown fuse,
replace with new one(s).
If none of the above applies to the
circumstances and POWER LED still does
not light up, Central Station EX may have
internal defect.
Contact your dealer or distributor.
Central Station EX may have internal
defect.
Contact your dealer or distributor.

Correctly connect H-LINK to Central
Station EX.
Use single terminal resistance on H-LINK
wiring.
Set the address for air conditioners
according to manuals for units.
Check the wiring connection.
Use 0.75 - 1.25mm
1,000m or shorter.
If 7-segment LED repeatedly indicates
"0cA" ↔ "0c0", then H-LINK may not be
wired correctly.
Check the wiring connection for H-LINK
and confirm the connection check again.
If "0cA" stays lit for 5 minutes or longer,
it may indicate that connection check
between indoor units and outdoor units
have not been completed. Check the
0cA
wiring connection for H-LINK and confirm
the connection check again.
- Check if the H-LINK wiring is correctly
connected.
- If the H-LINK circuit protection fuse is
blown, after clearing the fault, set Pin 2
ON DSW1 "H-LINK".
- If the condition does not meet the
conditions described above, there can be
a defect in Central Station EX. Contact
your distributor or dealer.
