PEAK HOLD SWITCH
The peak level can be held using this switch.
REC MUTE SWITCH (REC MUTE)
DOLBY NOISE REDUCTION SWITCH/MPX FILTER SWITCH (DOLBY NR)
Set this to the appropriate position.

ON/MPX ON:
For recording FM broadcasts via Doiby NR circuit.
OFF:
For recording or playing back without Dolby NR circuit and for
playing back tapes recorded without Dolby NR.
MONITOR SWITCH (MONITOR)
Since a 3-head system is used in this unit, the recorded signal can be played
back immediately after it has been recorded.
TAPE:
Sounds recorded on the tape can be monitored as playback sound
via the amp.
*Be sure to set the switch to ''TAPE"' for playback.
When it is set to '"SOURCE"', no sound will be heard.
SOURCE: The source sound can be monitored.
RECORDING LEVEL CONTROLS (RECORD)
OUTPUT LEVEL CONTROL (OUTPUT)
AUTO-REWIND SWITCH (AUTO REWIND)
This switch is used to select the operation at end of tape.
OFF:
The deck enters the stop mode.
MEMORY
SWITCH (MEMORY)
Press the reset button of tape counter
®) to set it to ''O000"' when starting
tape automatically stops when the counter reaches ''999''.
TEST START BUTTON (TEST START)
Press this button for testing using the ATRS.
