Motor Modules Booksize Compact

Description
5.1
A motor module Booksize Compact is a power unit (inverter) that provides the power supply
for the connected motor(s). Energy is supplied from the Infeed Module. A motor module must
be connected to a control unit via DRIVE-CLiQ. The open-loop and closed-loop control
functions for the motor module are stored in the control unit.
One motor can be connected to single motor modules and two motors can be connected to
double motor modules.
Motor Modules Booksize Compact can be used either with cooling type "internal air cooling"
or cooling type "cold plate". The cooling type is selected via parameter p249 "Power section
cooling type".

Safety information
5.2
Risk of electric shock. A hazardous voltage is present for up to 5 minutes after the power
supply has been switched-off.
It is only permissible to open the protective cover after this time has expired.
When opening the protective cover for the DC link, you must activate the unlocking.
A suitable tool (e.g. screwdriver) must be used for this purpose.
The components must only be operated when the protective cover of the DC link is closed.
Damaged components must not be used any further. Otherwise this could result in
secondary damage or accidents.
