inserting
the batteries
Your recorded messages and settings are stored in the memory.
They will be lost if a power interruption occurs (such as the AC pi
being
disconnected,
or a temporary power failure).
Inserting the batteries lets you back up the memory contents in case
of a power interruption.
When replacing
the batteries,
make sure the phone is plugged
into an AC ouviet, or alt your
message
and settings will be lost.
Stide open the battery compartment
cover.

insert the four size AAA (R03) batteries (supplied).
Make sure the ® and © on the batteries match the markings in the
battery compartment.

Slide the cover back until it snaps into place.
The Cl mark on the display disappears, indicating the batteries
are inserted.
