4. ADJUSTMENTS
ADJUSTMENT
OF
TRACKING
FORCE
(Be sure to adjust)
Before adjustment of the tracking force with the turntable connected to your amplifier, be sure to turn OFF the
amplifier power switch.

1. Set the anti-skating adjustment to the '"O" position.
2. Lower the cueing control lever, and lift the tone arm from the rest stand by hand.
3. By turning the weight, adjust the tone arm until it becomes level. Then turn the tracking force gauge to match
its "'O'' mark with the reference line on the tone arm.
. Turn the weight in the direction of arrow and adjust the tracking force to an appropriate value (1.5 to 2.5).
. Return and fix the tone arm to the rest stand.

6. To get optimum
performance, the anti-skating adjustment should be set to the same scale as the tracking force
gauge.
