Trouble shooting and tips
 Cannot make a call or cannot receive any incoming call
⚫ Check the device wireless signal in notification bar.
⚫ If the signal is weak, then try to move to others place till signal better.
⚫ If the signal is strong, showing white color icon, then please try to move your SIM card to
another mobile phone to compare the call capability or contact operator service for more
suggestions.
 Cannot access internet service
⚫ Check the device wireless data signal in notification bar to make sure WIFI or Cellular
Data is activated. Effective connection will show moving arrows randomly.
⚫ Please check the menu, 'Settings-Data usage', to see if Cellular data is put off in area
out of any WIFI coverage.
⚫ To make sure WIFI connection, check WIFI router access to internet is fine.
 System slow down after some time usage
The device LS830 uses 16GB eMMC for data storage and 2GB DDR3 memory for
program. The default Android system and some pre-installed resources require some
space for storage and running memory size. If you install new applications from Google
Play or other sources, it may slow down system.
⚫ Check menu, 'Settings-Storage' to review available storage size. The device
support external T-flash card extension.
⚫ Check menu, 'Settings-Memory' to check running memory size. You need to
uninstall some applications to release memory size if it is very few Free memory size.
In menu, 'Settings-Apps', User can check the list and uninstall any app.
 Ring tone, notification, media, handset earpiece volume too high or too slow
In home screen, User may adjust ring tone volume by pressing 'Volume Adjust Keys';
In call progress, User may adjust handset earpiece volume by pressing 'Volume Adjust
Keys';
In Media Player app, User may adjust media volume by pressing 'Volume Adjust Keys'.
