Remove the cable ties using a wire cutter.
Remove all web loops from the rack ends. Then remove
the entire rack.
Loosen the hose clamp screw at the base of each filter
sock with an 8 mm socket or a screw driver.
Lift off the filter sock from the sock spring. Remove the
filter sock from the hose clamp tube. Take care of the hose
clamp end the clamp backing rubber.
Dispose of the used sock filters.
Fitting new sock filters
Stretch the filter sock opening. Fit the filter sock over the
hose clamp tube.
Fit the backing rubber ring down over the filler sock
followed by the clamp. Be sure to have the clamp evenly
positioned in the middle of the protective backing rubber
ring.

MAINTENANCE
Tighten the hose clamp with a 8 mm socket. Check that
the hose clamp is tightened halfway from the base to the
edge of the hose clamp tube. Some filter sock should be
exposed below the whole way around the tube.
Fit the cable tie in the loop on the filter sock and fold the
loop over the rack.
Wrap the cable tie around the loop base and tighten the
cable tie.
Fit the primary filter into the silo.
Fit in the springs. Fit the spring in one end and press down
with a wide circular motion.
NOTE!
Be aware not to damage thenew sock with the spring end.
Secure the upper end under the plate.
Fit on the nyloc-nut and washer and secure the agiator
arm to the filter sock rack bolt. Assemble the parts in the
reverse order.
Cleaning/replacing secondary filters
The secondary filters are made from a polyester filter media
and can be washed out with water if needed. They should be
changed every 12 months.
NOTICE! Ensure the secondary filters are fully dry prior to
re-installation to prevent damage to vacuum pump/motor.
Release the two toggle latches and lift off the top unit.
