Compressed air unit carrier frames with hinged connections to the
compressed air bottle can be reprocessed while connected together.
Undo the straps securing the compressed air bottle to the carrier
frame.
Open the connection between the compressed air bottle and carrier
frame.
Place the compressed air bottle and the carrier frame in the insert.
The frame in the middle of the insert holds the compressed air bottle
and frame carrier in position.
After reprocessing
Remove the load items from the insert.
Empty any remaining water into the wash cabinet or an on-site
slops basin before removing items.
Risk of infection
Before using the breathing apparatus again following reprocessing,
carry out a function check in line with the manufacturer's instruc-
tions.
