4.3" Wide and Slim Display1: This touch-screen display with anti-glare
is elegantly designed and helps to clearly map your route.
Pre-Loaded Maps and Content: The NV-U74T comes pre-loaded with
map content covering North America. Enjoy powerful, portable
navigation out of the box.
Bluetooth® hands-free calling2: Using integrated Bluetooth Wireless
technology with included microphone, focus on the road ahead
instead of your phone. By pairing your Bluetooth-enabled phone to
your nav-u™ portable satellite navigation system you can make and
receive calls on the go.
2GB* resident Flash memory: Store photos directly to your nav-u™
navigation system. Also perfect for a photo safari or family gathering
on the road. Simply take your photos and review them right there in
the car, this requires the use of Memory Stick Pro Duo™ media (sold
separately).

RDS-TMC Traffic Messaging Channel3 : Step away from standard
GPS mapping and towards a more complete navigation solution.
Real Time Traffic Information radio reception allows the NV-U74T to
regularly monitor relevant traffic conditions and automatically re-
route you around trouble spots.
Gesture Command™ : gives you control via simple, on-screen finger
movements. Commonly used commands such as ' 'take me home'
may be accessed by gesturing an inverted ' V' on the screen versus
paging through numerous menu screens.
Super Suction Cup Mount: Using the Sony-unique Super Suction Cup,
mounting a nav-u portable navigation system to either the
dashboard, console, or windshield4 in virtually any vehicle is quick
and easy. Stable and secure while driving, the nav-u portable
navigation system can be easily removed whenever you want to
take it with you.
TTS (Text to Speech): also eliminates second-guessing when making
a turn; the device reads aloud street names for turn by turn directions
to your destination.
Dual View: Allows you to see the more detailed parts of your journey
on one side of the display while keeping an eye on the big picture on
the other side.
