3.4 Installing the tool and driver
Step 1: install Brightness Adjustment Tool
1. Open the installation package of Brightness Adjustment Tool.
2. Click "setup.exe" to install the tool.
3. Click Yes to confirm the user account control question.
4. Click Next to continue.
5. If you use the default installation folder, click Next to continue;
If you need to change the installation folder, click "Change...", select a folder and click
Next.
6. Click Install to allow the computer to start the installation.
The installation starts.
7. Click Finish.
The Brightness Adjustment Tool installation is completed.
Requirements for installing the touch driver
• Make sure you connect the IFP device to the computer with touch cable before installing
the driver.
• If you use Windows Embedded standard 7 or Windows 7, make sure you install the
Windows patch KB3033929 first.
You can find the patch in the touch driver installation package.
Step 2: install the touch driver
1. Open the installation package of the touch driver.
2. Click "SETUP.EXE" to install the touch driver.
3. Click Yes to confirm the user account control question.
4. Click Next to continue.
5. Select the radio button next to "I accept the terms of the license agreement"
to accept license agreement and Click Next.
6. Click Next to continue.
7. Select the setup type that suits you needs and click Next.
The setup type includes the following items:
