Problem:
ALARM INDICATOR ON
Cause
No salt
With salt present
With salt present after the reset
Problem:
WATER LEAKAGE OVERFLOW CONNECTION
Cause
Brine not extracted
Clean the valve and check it in different regeneration positions
Replace the seal and spacer and/or piston unit
Replace the motor and check the gear teeth
Replace the control head
Top up
Repeat the reset step on all the vats
Check for hollows
Check that the fittings are tightened correctly and not damaged.
Check that the softener is working correctly
