Perform the following steps to mount the surface adapter to mounting surface:
1. Use the mounting template to drill two mounting holes into the mounting surface and drill the cable
entry hole.
2. Pull the required Ethernet cable through the cable entry hole.
3. Drive two screws to fasten the mounting adapter to the mounting surface.
