If you are having problems with your HDTV, check this
trouble shooting chart to find one or more possible
solutions.
Problem:
Check these Conditions:
Check the antenna / external
connections.
No picture, sound
There may be a station trouble, no
(Digital Picture)
signal broadcast.
MUTE function may be turned ON.
Check if station is broadcasting a
Closed - Caption signal.
No Caption
Select another channel.
Cannot display picture
on a full screen
Check if the program is in color.
Check the antenna / external
connections.
Poor Picture/ Sound
Color or Tint may be misadjusted.

Try these Solutions:
Adjust antenna.
Try a different channel.
Execute Auto program in the ANT/
Cable setup menu.
Adjust Volume.
Press the CAPTION button to
select captioning mode.
Press the PIX SHAPE button on the
remote control to change settings.
Try a different channel.
Execute Reset to defaults in the
Picture or Audio menu.
Execute Reset to defaults in the
PICTURE menu.
Adjust the Volume or Image.
Press the INPUT button on the
remote control.
Turn antenna, install signal booster.
Install outdoor Digital antenna.
Select Manual program to add
channels or start Auto program in
ANT/Cable setup menu.
Turn antenna, install signal booster.
Set ANT in item to Cable, Select
All channels and press OK button
to search for Cable channels in
ANT/Cable setup menu.
Replace batteries.
Aim remote control at front of TV.
