Installing several refrigeration
appliances
Risk of damage due to condens-
ation on external appliance panels.
In environments with high humidity,
condensation can build up between
the external refrigeration appliance
panels, which can cause corrosion.
Do not place different refrigeration
appliances directly next to one an-
other.
A distance of at least 70 mm must be
maintained between the refrigeration
appliances.

Side-by-side installation

- The model identifier does not contain
the letter "S":
Your refrigerator cannot be installed
directly adjacent to another freezer.
- The model identifier contains the let-
ter "S":
Your refrigerator can be installed to
the right of another freezer as it is
equipped with an integrated heater in
the left-hand side panel (see "Appli-
ance dimensions").
The freezer must also be equipped
with an integrated heater in the right-
hand side panel.
The appropriate side-by-side installa-
tion kit for the appliance model will
be provided with the freezer. The ac-
companying installation instructions
describe how to install the refrigera-
tion appliances next to each other.
Tip: Please contact your dealer for spe-
cific information about which combina-
tions will work with your refrigeration
appliance.

Changing the door hinging

The refrigeration appliance is supplied
with hinges on the right. If left-hand
hinging is required, the hinges must be
changed.
Always change the door hinging
with the assistance of another per-
son.
If the door seal is damaged or has
slipped out of its groove, the door
will not close properly and cooling
performance will be reduced. Con-
densate will build up in the interior
and this can cause a build-up of ice.
Do not damage the door seal and
ensure it does not slip out of its
groove.
