Description
You can change the conditions
for entering the interlock state.
• Only when the power is turned
ON
• When the device changes
from the light receiving state
to the light blocked state
Description
When the monitoring result
of contact "b" of the external
device is abnormal, the device
enters the lockout state.
When the operation of con-
tact "b" of the external device
exceeds the monitor time, the
device enters the lockout state.
