How can I access my device remotely through the Internet?
In order to use your device remotely through the Internet using the mydlink app, you must register your device with a mydlink
account. You can do this using the free mydlink app. Please go to Using the mydlink App on page 11 for more information.
Why is my sensor not being triggered?
Place the sensor at least 8 feet or higher from the ground. The maximum distance of the motion detection is 16 feet. Please
make sure that the sensor is not directly facing the sun or a source of heat.
