The water pump has been shipped without engine oil.
Fill with oil or it will not start.

STARTING THE ENGINE

Be sure the pump is filled up with water before
starting the engine.
1. Turn the fuel cock lever to the "ON" position.

2. Turn the engine switch to the "ON" position.

3. Turn the choke lever to the "1" position.

NOTE:
The choke is not required to start a warm engine.
Turn the choke lever to the operating position.
4. Move the throttle lever slightly to right.
