Maintenance

Maintenance of the system must only be carried out by the Miele
Customer Service Department or by a Miele authorised service
dealer.
 Before beginning maintenance work, ensure that the transfer
trolley is disconnected from the electricity supply and that it cannot
be inadvertently switched on. Accident prevention regulations must
be adhered to during all maintenance work.
An electrical safety check must be conducted at least every three
years or in accordance with national test intervals.
The transfer trolley is designed to be low-maintenance. Neither the
drive elements nor the bearings need to be lubricated or greased.
Maintenance can be performed on the transfer trolley at the same
time as the cleaning machine.
Scope of the maintenance:
- Visual check of the transfer trolley, including checking any ac-
cessories for damage
- Subjective check of ease of operation and operating noises
- Visual and functional check of the transfer trolley locking mechan-
ism
- Alignment of the transfer trolley and check to ensure it is level with
the disinfector or conveyor system
- Daily check to ensure proper functioning of safety related locking
mechanisms
- Check for fault-free operation when raising and lowering the height-
adjustable transfer trolley
- Check to ensure stability of the height-adjustable transfer trolley in
