6. Troubleshooting

I cannot insert the stick into the device.

If there are remnants from the previous stick inside the stick insertion part, a stick may not be inserted.
Remove the remnants by pulling the Cap out of the device and try to insert the stick again.
Check for any remnants
inside the stick insertion part.

My device does not work.

State LED lights in red for
3 seconds and vibration
occurs 3 times, simultaneously.
The battery is insufficient.
Charge the device.
* For your safety, the device cannot be used more than 3 times within 18 minutes as it needs to cool
down. It will take 3 minutes 30 seconds before you can have another session.
If there are remnants of
a used stick, remove the Cap
from the device.
State LED blinks in red 5 times.
The device is malfunctioning.
Reset the device.
Remove the remnants from
the Cap.
State LED blinks in orange for
3 seconds. After 3 consecutive
sessions the device will cool
down automatically. Please
wait until the device
temperature is stabilized.
